Emily Fidler

Emmy Fidler is an Artist from New Jersey, working in a variety of media. Currently focusing in painting, graphite and tattoo work. She has always loves Surrealism and story telling, and the connection between the mathematical me analytical side of art and the side of creativity that cannot be calculated. We must learn the rules in order to break them. And surrealism is this. Creativity in any form, whatever field you are in you must go beyond what is told to create.

Edward Hopper has capture surreal moments of being in the most crowded city in the world yet somehow being completely alone, and the dichotomy of being deserted in natures sounds without a single soul and feeling completely whole and at peace.

His careful choices in his paintings speak to the lonesome we feel and the hope we long for.
